1.  Your video should be no longer than 15 minutes and the file should be no larger than 2GB in size.

2.  Your video must have been recorded using a ThrashCams rental camera.

3.  We only accept the following file types: avi, mp4, mov, mpeg, mpg, wmv, and 3gp. Your ThrashCams rental camera will be preset to one of these file types.

4.  Depending on your connection speed and the size of the video, it can take anywhere from a few minutes to several hours to upload a video. Generally, if you have a high-speed Internet connection you can expect the upload to take somewhere between 1-5 minutes for every 1MB. However, the experience is different for every user because of the variation in connection speeds.

5.  If you are under 18 years of age please get the consent of your parent or legal guardian before uploading a video. If you are submitting a group video featuring anybody under the age of 18 please ensure you have the consent of their parent or legal guardian before uploading the video.

6.  Your video must not contain any material which is in any way defamatory, obscene, unlawful, harmful, offensive or inappropriate or which infringes the rights of any third party. You also agree not to advertise or promote third parties' or your own goods or services in your video without prior written consent.

7.  You agree not to endanger yourself or others, take any unnecessary risks in order to produce or make a video.

8.  By uploading your video you hereby grant us an exclusive, irrevocable, licence to use, edit, reproduce, distribute, transmit, broadcast, make available and display your video (or part of your video) (including but not limited to your performance) without charge by any medium or method now known or later invented including without limitation online or on television to be exercised in our sole discretion throughout the world in perpetuity.

You agree that we may permit other parties authorised by us a licence of your video for their use. You agree to waive and that the director if any of your video has waived any moral rights that may exist in relation to your video.

9.  You are responsible for the content of your video. You promise that you are fully authorised and entitled to upload the video in accordance with these terms and conditions, and that doing so you will not infringe the copyright or other rights of any third party, or infringe any applicable laws or regulations. You promise that you have all necessary licences, rights, permissions and consents to enable you to upload the video and to authorise us to use the video. You agree to give us evidence of such licences, rights, consents, and permissions if requested by us. You also agree not to transfer files which contain viruses or other harmful programs.

10.  By uploading your video you are signifying your agreement to these terms and conditions and consenting to your video being used for the purposes related to ThrashCams Helmet Camera Rentals. If you do not accept any of these terms and conditions do not upload your video. We reserve the right to disregard any video which in our opinion fails to meet these terms and conditions.

11.  We may accept or reject your video in our sole discretion. Nothing in these terms guarantees that we will use or display your video.
